I have a disabled parking badge, do I still need an emissions sticker for France?

The restrictions in low emission zones do not apply to vehicles displaying a European disabled parking badge. However, you are still required to have an emissions sticker for France. You will only be exempt during changes in air quality that lead to a zone modification. In cases of temporary restrictions, you can still enter the low emission zone with your disabled badge, even if the environmental restrictions have changed.
